That’s why the development of every new product or service must start with a deep understanding of your customers. Design thinking is a human-centered, iterative problem-solving process of discovery, ideation, and experimentation that employs various design-based techniques to gain insight and yield innovative solutions for virtually any type of organizational or business challenge.
The 5 phase design thinking process was introduced by IDEO and perfected by research at Stanford. This process is user-driven innovation at its best, perfect for companies that want to discover hidden opportunities in a specific market segment. This method combines both analytical and creative approaches to generate solutions.
Participants will develop skills such as ethnographers, visual thinkers, strategists and story- tellers through a hybrid of interactive discussions and activities. It covers building empathy through ethnographic research, generating ideas, prototyping and testing new concepts.
