Introduction

When used correctly and effectively, one critical workplace ingredient has the power to turn businesses around and can make them wildly successful: That’s right, employee passion or engagement can not only increase productivity but also increase a company's competitive edge. High employee engagement can be a tipping point in a company’s success.

This program has been put together to simulate all critical aspects of running a business. The participants will need to put to test all their skills in order to meet the demands of the marketplace – it acts as a great eye opener for them to realize what is needed to run & build a successful business.

Programme Objective

To instill in every person:

  • The determination to take action & to manage themselves and others to create clear direction and maximize results
  • To instill the courage to stretch and to think out of the box in order to have an edge in the marketplace and to achieve customer satisfaction
  • The desire to build revenue & relationships and to manage these appropriately
  • Mobilize self-discovery and self-analysis that will establish pathways to productive, engaged relationships between fellow employees and within teams

  • Through increasing the employees’ ownership by understanding the organization’s principles, strategies, processes, culture and purpose of the organization
