Demo / Spotlight
A quick 1 hour session where our guest speakers get the opportunity to demonstrate their passion. For example, we had Celina Joseph who spoke on Zero Waste and showed us how to cook up some dishes using Zero Waste methods. We also had Thirukesan Patmanathan who conducted a yoga session that everyone from all ages and flexibility could join in and do.
Empowerment Game
The Empowerment Game is a quick interactive, motivating, fun game that we at 3E came up with where you will definitely take away valuable tips and an immediate action plan.
