He has over 18 years of experience in the ICT, MNC, service sales and FMCG industries. His career is fuelled by his passion to bring out the best potential in others. In his role in Training & Development, he constantly seeks ways to transform the way corporations, as well as individuals, think and communicate to help them reach their fullest potential. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (HONS). Degree in ELLS from USM and certified HRDF Trainer, a Neuro-Semantics NLP Practitioner and a Body Language & Verbal Statement Detective. Chan has been a trainer with us focusing on sales success, communication skills, customer mindset, body language, leadership, creative thinking and teamwork.
